1. Provider and contacts

The service is provided by La Scogliera S.r.l., registered office at Viale Ungheria 16, 80059 Torre del Greco (NA), Italy, VAT no. 11027741211 — operating site: Via Alcide de Gasperi 127, Torre del Greco (NA). Email: info@lascoglieratorredelgreco.it.

2. Scope of the service

The site allows you to book sunbeds, loungers and beach club admissions for a chosen date, with advance online payment. The booking grants the right to use the assigned spot for the day, according to the establishment's opening hours.

3. Bookings and availability

• The availability shown is updated in real time but may change until payment is completed.
• A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and the sending of the confirmation email with the relevant code.
• The spot is temporarily reserved during the payment process; if payment is not completed within the allotted time, it becomes available again.
• You must present the booking code on arrival.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is made through our provider Stripe on a secure checkout page; La Scogliera S.r.l. does not process or store full card details.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Bookings are final: once payment is confirmed, no refunds or chargebacks are available, in whole or in part, for cancellation, no-show, late arrival or change of mind.

Sole exception: the closure of the establishment for reasons beyond the guest's control (for example, severe weather preventing it from opening). In this case, simply contact us at info@lascoglieratorredelgreco.it: once the closure is verified, we will refund the booking.

As these are leisure/tourism services tied to a specific date, the right of withdrawal for online purchases (art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code) does not apply.

6. Access and beach club rules

• Access is allowed during the indicated opening hours; staff may give instructions for safety and the smooth running of the service.
• Respectful behaviour towards other guests, facilities and the environment is required.
• La Scogliera S.r.l. may deny or suspend access in the event of dangerous or harmful conduct.
• Any additional services (grill restaurant, bar, events) are subject to availability and their own conditions.

7. Liability

La Scogliera S.r.l. undertakes to provide the service with due diligence. It is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure, weather conditions or events beyond its control. The user is responsible for their personal belongings and for complying with the establishment's rules.

8. Intellectual property

The contents of the site (text, images, logo, graphics) are owned by La Scogliera S.r.l. or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For relations with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, has jurisdiction (consumer's forum).

10. Changes to the terms

La Scogliera S.r.l. may update these Terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of booking.
